Our company have attained ISO9001 certificate in 2001. The achievement reinforce our design, production, marketing and service. Our production process are strictly supervised to ensure quality control at every phase.

We use fine quality timber of rubber wood from Hainan and birch wood, bass wood from north-east China. We also use plywood for special customers. The emission level of urea formaldehyde in plywood is under those acceptable to the World Health Organization (WHO).

We kiln-dry the timber in a chemical free environmental condition and no wood preservatives are used. The timber are dried until correct moisture content and temperature are obtained.

We use natural latex glue to do the joining work which makes the toys sturdy and durable. We use safe and non-toxic paint and ink for silk-screen printing. The glue, paint and ink can pass ASTM and EN-71 international testing standard.
